Originally started by Carlos and Nicky Franco who moved to SA from the UK bringing with them a wealth of culinary experience. The Deli evolved over years, from simple beginnings delivering Deli sandwiches to local offices, to the warm and inviting restaurant that it is today. Nicky and Carlos have moved on, but their warm friendly personalities live on through the staff and the fresh quality meals that are prepared daily. The new owner Ian Naidu shares their knowledge and love for cooking and strives to maintain the high standards and uphold the tradition of quality and freshness which is synonymous with the Deli.
