The Gardens is a suburb of Cape Town located just to the south of the city centre. It is situated directly beneath Table Mountain and Lion’s Head, on the higher elevations of the “City Bowl”. Many of the houses in The Gardens have an air of the colonial about them with their large rooms, high ceilings and wooden floors being much sought after. Some of these houses have been transformed into accommodation venues.
