Bones is for drinking, tasting, eating and meeting. It’s for an early dinner, a special lunch. It’s for an office lunch to-go, a quick latte or a post-work ice cold lager. It’s for a very fine steak, a great piece of fish or a good, solid burger or a pasta and a glass of wine, or maybe just a ‘spoil me’ cocktail.
