JJ Lourens Plumbing is an insurance approved plumber that is qualified to handle insurance claims for three of the major banks (Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank) as well as Santam, Outsurance, Momentum Short Term Insurance and SA Homeloans.
As an approved insurance plumber, we have two dedicated inspection plumbers that can asses your plumbing problems quickly. For more urgent matters, we also have a standby plumber that offers 24hour emergency services should a major plumbing problem occur such as a burst pipe or geyser that threatens to flood your home.

As part of our commitment to our personnel we have an established training and upliftment program for our employees. This amongst other things involves sending our plumbers on courses to learn the latest in plumbing procedures, for example solar geyser and heat pump installation, as well as training for our admin staff in the various programs and processes we need to provide a top notch service.
At Lourens Plumbing we understand the value in not only investing in our people but in our systems as well. Over the last couple of years we have developed a proprietary job tracking system that monitors your claim/job from the moment it is captured on our system until invoicing has been finalized. This state-of-the-art system makes it possible for us to not only keep tabs on our plumbers, but to track possible delays in the production process so that we can address potential problems before they happen.
