For that reason, they have appointed a dedicated conference coordinator to assist their clients from the planning stages right through to the close. The Black Eagle Conference Venue boasts three fully equipped venues catering up to 200 delegates with half day, full day and 24 hour packages available. Their breakaway areas utilize the manicured and tranquil gardens, lounge and Café areas to provide a stimulating and relaxing change of scenery.
All conference packages include lunch, refreshments, complimentary Wi-Fi, conference coordinator, stationery, screen, white boards, flip charts, mints and infused water. Audio-visual equipment is available for hire including laptops, projector, screens, additional flip charts, staging and white boards at an additional charge.
The Black Eagle Boutique Hotel has 10 well-appointed rooms designed with the discerning corporate traveler in mind. Each room features a premium twin or double size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and/or shower, air conditioning, branded amenities, coffee station, plasma screen TV with DSTV, digital safe, complimentary bottled water, complimentary Wi-Fi and room service. 24 hour security and free parking are available, as well as laundry service at a nominal charge.
